Why does TalkTalk not honour Post Office International Calling Cards. ? Since when was this ruling made. I am using AOL/TalkTalk broadband and premier package for internation calls to selected countries but not able to use International Phone Cards for countries not included in package deal. This goes against the rules when it comes to competitive trading. - Apr 23 2011 10:37AM
i have been a customer with talk talk for years. approx nov 2008 i was told i had broadband fro them.. conected and disconnected at my home. I was billed for this even though i didnt want it. I was then registered as a new customer when it was sorted out. So then, when i leave talk talkj as i moved home. i was subsequently billed for breaking my new contract... joke . - Feb 22 2010 10:33AM

I registered with you a while ago and recently joined your broadband service but am being charged more than £6.50 for it. When I asked why I was being charged a higher fee I was given some story about not being able to. - Jan 22 2010 8:13PM

I would like to change over to Talk Talk for my tel calls but not sure about changing my line rental to them from BT, I think Talk Talk would charge me £85 call out + £55 an hour to fix any problem with the phone if I had a problem, Can you please tell me if this is correct? why should I pay again if there is a problem when I already pay £11.25 a month for the line? Please help as this is stopping me change from BT which I would like to do as they are more expensive for ther International calls. Kind regards Geraldine - Aug 21 2009 11:00AM
