Are you looking for a business phone package to suit your company? Sign-up for a tailor-made package from BT and get a reliable business service that won’t break the bank.
Getting the perfect business phone deal for your company doesn’t have to cost a fortune - you could even get an affordable package from a recognised provider like BT (www.bt.com). However, the right deal for your business will depend on a number of things, such as the size of the company, the type and number of calls your company makes, and whether you want any additional services.
Take a look at the table below to compare some of the best offers available at the moment, and then read our guide to find out more about what BT has to offer and switching your business’ phone service.
* Excludes VAT. Terms and conditions apply.
If you need a phone line to be installed or reconnected at your premises, BT Business can arrange this, though there may be a charge.
If possible, BT says it will try to use an existing phone line at your premises, but if it can’t, you may have to pay an installation charge. When you place your online order, an installation charge will be added. However, if existing lines can be used and no engineer visit is required, this cost will be reimbursed.
Line installation usually takes between 5 and 10 days depending on engineer availability and the amount of work that needs to be done. You will be able to select a convenient appointment on a suitable date when you place your order with BT.
As well as its competitive rates and tailor-made packages, there are a number of reasons you should consider switching your company’s phone service to BT, including:
Customer service - With one of its tailor-made business packages BT Business users will also get priority customer support, at any time of the day. This means your calls to its customer support line will be answered and dealt with before those of other users. BT Business says that 95% of calls are answered in less than 30 seconds, with 9 out of 10 phone line faults being fixed in less than 4 hours.
Extra calling features - BT Business customers have the option to add a range of calling features, such as call waiting, call diversion and three-way calling, to their package. These helpful call-management tools help you make, receive, divert or share your calls, meaning you’ll be more efficient at managing your calls. Select just the features you need - from a single service to the complete set of eight. These are charged for quarterly, and the more features you choose, the less you pay for each.
Business A-Z - BT Business customers will also get free entry in the business A-Z section of The Phone Book. This will put you in touch with new customers and can help even more customers find you - as well as those people who already know you, but can’t remember your number.
Before switching your business’ phone service to another provider, it’s important that you compare packages and get quotes from more than just one supplier.
