Please note Homephonechoices.co.uk ARE NOT AN HOME PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER. If you have any questions relating to your current, or new, home phone service provider then you must contact them directly as we will not be in a position to help with your enquiry.

Once you place your order on Homephonechoices.co.uk we pass your switch request onto your chosen home phone supplier who will contact you by email or post within the next 14 days to update you on your switch. They will also ensure your current home phone supplier knows that you are switching to their service.

Should you be successful, your chosen home phone supplier will then contact you detailing the date that your switch took place and from that date your calls will be charged by them.

In accordance with Ofcom's General Condition 24, we respect your rights to cancel any services you request through our website.
