What do I need for YourCalls.net home phone?

Because the company operates an equipment-free service, all the work is carried out at your local telephone exchange, so a technician won’t need to visit your house, and YourCalls.net will tell your existing home phone supplier that it will be billing you for your line rental, line services and calls in the future.

You must pay your phone bill by monthly direct debit, and you will have access to the online billing system. The online system includes a spend analysis tool and controls to help you manage your bills.

If you don’t have an active phone line, or if you are currently a Virgin Media customer, contact BT to have your line reconnected or have a phone line installed. However, you will have to stay with BT for 12-months before switching.
