Primus Saver, Britain’s cheapest line rental provider, has launched a new home phone tariff offering customers £40 credit after 18 months.
The new Eco Saver home phone tariff from Primus Saver costs just £9.69 a month and includes line rental and unlimited evening and weekend calls.
Primus has also launched the Eco Saver+ plan, for customers looking to save money on line rental and calls at any time of the day. It offers unlimited anytime calls for £5.99 a month, and line rental at £9.69 a month.
The Eco Saver call plans come with an 18-month automatically renewable contract; however customers that stay with Primus for the full 18-months and then renew their contracts will be rewarded with £40 credit on to their account, spread over four months of the new contract.
Simon Piper, business development manager at Homephonechoices.co.uk, said: “These new tariffs from Primus Saver are great for anyone looking to cut the cost of their line rental and do their bit for the environment.”
As well as low cost calls, the home phone provider pledges that it will make a donation to The Tree Council for each new customer that signs up for either of the new tariffs, “to help mitigate the changing climate by investing in the planting of trees and hedges throughout the UK,” said Primus.
With both home phone tariffs, new customers will be able to keep their existing phone number and will pay their line rental to Primus, rather than BT.
Customers will receive a free paperless e-bill each month, and manage their accounts online. And all customers will get a free voicemail service as standard.
