I have been trying to call my family in Malaysia since last week. Alpha Telecom lines are not contactable. I would like to know what is happening. Alpha would have the courtesy at least to leave a msg or inform their customers who are trying to get in touch. I am in credit of £100.00. What would I do. Very Bad service.
