I am a Pipex home phone customer. I know that Talk Talk customers have free calls to each other. As Pipex has now been taken over by Talk Talk does this mean that I have free calls to Talk Talk customers as well. - Feb 25 2010 11:27AM

I am a Pipex Broadband and Telephone customer, I was approached by a lady from Talk Talk to say I could have Free calls including line rental, 1571, callwaiting and numner showing, free 0870 and 0845 numbers for £16.49 per month, keeping my broadband at £10 per month. Can you compete and if I change is there an admin fee. - Oct 31 2009 2:44PM

I used to have a Pipex telephone line etc but have switched to another provider.

I continue to receive online billing which I can't access because I don't have a user name and password.

I have received a letter stating from your company stating that I am no longer a customer but still receive online billing.

I would be grateful if this could stop as soon as possible.

I have just changed my Pipex account to another provider Acc no 11088855 due to your total lack of awareness of customer service. I made 3 calls (for which I had to pay ) to your customer service line to activate a change of account holder and each time I got neither the assistance I required nor the correct contact details of the person who could help me. I asked to have them call me back (becasue on the line I called, I have an inclusive plan.

On today's service you not deserve my custome
